Amenities
Our Fort Lauderdale Beach Hotel is in the heart of the recreational life in Fort Lauderdale, where the famed beach offers residents and visitors and a remarkable array of amenities, including:
- Two miles of guarded beach with lifeguards on duty seven days a week from 9:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Restrooms, basketball courts, volleyball courts, playgrounds, picnic tables and barbecue grills at the South Beach picnic area.
- A private motorized waverunner concession at Sebastian Street in the Central Beach area.
- A private non-motorized boat concession at 600 South Atlantic Boulevard at the north end of the South Beach picnic area.
- Handicapped parking spaces, shower and beach access at Sebastian Street. A beach wheelchair provided by the Parks and Recreation Department is available at the waverunner concession.

Rules
- Swimmers are prohibited from going more than 50 yards from shore by municipal ordinance. Boats are prohibited by ordinance from coming closer than 100 yards to shore.
- Alcohol is prohibited on the beach.
- Dogs and other pets are prohibited on the beach except in specified areas at specified times.
